タイやベトナムの友人たちに嫉妬するアフターコロナ時差。

私は東京だから、まだ緊急事態宣言が明けていないのです。

なので、正直いって、嫉妬の感情を感じますわよ、すでに解禁されつつあるほかの地域の皆様に！

といっても、もちろんみんな手探りで、塩梅みながら・・なんだろうけど。

でも思ったよりもコロナ　第一波は、はやく収まってよかった。

NYやロンドンみたいになってしまうかと思ったけど、そこまでにならずにこのぶんでいけば、東京もあと2週間で解禁になるのではないかと思う。

そしてニュースでは「アフターコロナ　世界はどう変わる」みたいな話題が満載だ。

私も軟禁生活になれる方向、備える方法で生活装備を考えてきていたけど、ここらで舵を切りなおして、アフターコロナの生活に向けて準備を開始しないと。

マイクロソフトとフェイスブックの株は、買おうとして注文はしたのだが、ちょっと欲張って成り行きではなく指値で買おうとしたために、不成立で買い時を逸して、「まあいいや。それも何かの運」と思っていたのだが、今ガーファの株が一人勝ち的に超値上がりしていて、クッソー！！！と思っている。

なんで成り行きで買わなかったのか。

これは教訓にしよう。

とはいえ、グーグルとAmazon、エヌビディアの株を持っている私としては、それらのプラスが、他の投資信託やら日本企業の株のマイナスを相殺してくれてはいるんだけど・・・。

そしてこのおこもり数か月で、私はパワーアップできただろうか？

私はQちゃん、高橋尚子さんが言ってて知った

「何も咲かない寒い日は下へ下へと根を伸ばせ。やがて大きな花が咲く」

という名言がかなり心に根付いているので、こういう時こそ、下に下に値を伸ばすぞ～と思ってたんだけど、なんか在宅勤務なだけで、平日は仕事してるし、在宅勤務な分、「気分転換をする」というタスクが結構重要で、それに時間を使っちゃうよな。

やはり空間の移動というのがすごく大事なので、PCで仕事して、PCで映画見て、PCで本読んで・・とかだと、煮詰まってくる。

なんでもできるPCとスマホだけど、いくらコンテンツが変わっても、永遠にそれらと向き合ってるとねえ。

外気を吸うこと。その有難さよ。

さらに体を使うタスク。

スポーツはもちろん楽しいけど、それだけでも私は不満足だった。

おそらく今やれるスポーツというのは、ジョギングとかヨガとか筋トレとか、自分の心や体と向き合うような内省的になるスポーツ。そういう時間は、多忙な毎日にあってとてもリフレッシュになるけど、それだけじゃ不満だった。

料理、そう料理！！

私は特別料理好きというわけではないけど、料理の時間がかなり癒しになるよね。

特に新しいレシピに挑戦すること！

やりましたよ、たぶん国民の多くがやったような実験的レシピも。

蘇とか、小麦粉を使わない卵とバナナだけのバナナんパンケーキ、レンジプリンとかｗ

何かを育てること！緑！！

花をたくさん買ってきて、窓辺に並べましたね。

本当は、家庭菜園とかガーデニングとかもっと手を広げたい気分だった。

やっぱり人間には緑が必要であると同時に、育てて収穫して・・という営みに人は満足感を得るようにできている気がする。

犬猫もいつもよりもさらに飼いたくなったし、妊娠するなら今がチャンス！という気すらした。

米国でイースターのひよこを育てるのが流行したというが、わかる。

ベネズエラのウサギ計画で、食料の予定で配ったウサギをみんなペットにして飼っているというのも、わかる。

そういうのは私は、やっぱりアイボとかロボットじゃあないんだと思う。

サボテンでもメダカでもいいから、息をして今日もお前はけなげに生きてるんだね、というもの、有機物の匂いと触感をもっていることが重要、と思う。

理屈じゃないんだけど、やっぱりバリウムにどんなに甘い味がつこうか、食べ物ではないと体が反応して、受け付けないのと一緒で、有機物のぬくもりというのは、人を安心させる。

だからやっぱり、木製家具というのも大事なんだと思うわ。

肉体改造！

この機会に肉体改造するというプランはなかなか魅力的だし、多少は取り組んだんだけど、

自己満足程度の変化のあとで関節を痛めてしまい、消化不良。

人様から目に見えて変わったことがわかる達成もなく、シックスパックが生まれたわけでもない。

このあたりは、在宅勤務におけるプラスマイナスどちらが大きかったかは微妙である。

外を自由に動き回れないというのは、生き物としてやはり非常にストレスだ。

満員電車に乗らなくていいとか、毎食ヘルシーなものを食べれるとかアドバンテージもあるが。

さてアフターコロナに向けてのことを考えなくちゃ！

働き方、住む場所、、。

でも、いつ明けるともわからない、というのが、明けそうだ！となってきて、気持ちは明るくなった！

第二派は来るかもしれないけど、来る前に、移動して備えたいわ、次のライフパターンに。

People with disabilities find independence living in group home stressful, says study

A researcher from the University of Western Australia says being part of a group home can be stressful for a patient with a disability.

University of Sydney professor Dr. Robert Smith says being in a care home can be stressful in a variety of ways, especially when children and other groups of people come and go.

"The stress associated with the group home is that a member of the household is dependent on a carer for most of their life," he said.

"It is also the case for people with disabilities who are not able to leave the home without assistance."

Mr Smith is now working with the NSW Disability Council to examine the issue and has formed an international team to investigate the issue.

He said many disabled people feel lonely and isolated when they are part of a group home.

"There is an argument that because we are all not in the same group home that there's not a sense of belonging in it and that's certainly a concern, but there's also the fact that having a partner who is also disabled... makes you feel a little bit more like the leader in the household rather than just someone coming and going," he said.

"It is really difficult."

Mr Smith said the number of families who were not allowed to leave in some form had decreased, but that there was a need for more independent carers for people with disabilities to feel comfortable.

"And the evidence certainly points towards that there is a certain amount of community support," he said.

Wind farm firm experiences share price fall: report


Lance Riggs, Executive Director of the California Water Resource Council, speaks on the subject of carbon-free energy technology in Berkeley. "If we are serious about protecting our future climate and our drinking water and our communities, then the time for big decisions about renewable energy must be now," said Riggs. "The costs in both California and the rest of the country are simply too great to continue to sit on our hands." Riggs was addressing the US Legislative Environment and Transportation committee today as part of a panel discussion with members of California's Environmental Quality Commission and other stakeholders on energy efficiency standards, the effects of wind energy development, air quality and climate change.

SANDY, Utah — At first glance, the Sierra Club's new wind farm in the Arroyo Seco development is tiny. But it is an extremely efficient wind farm, at least up to the point where you can make a good deal of money by buying it outright for less than $100 per megawatt hour of electricity generated by it. And with wind farms now being built around the world, it's becoming a very expensive process to set them up. So, it shouldn't be surprising that a coalition of environmental groups is asking the state to abandon new rules aimed at encouraging clean energy sources, such as wind farms.

California's environmental quality commission unanimously approved on Wednesday new rules for wind energy, which require local governments to do things such as pay a higher price to developers, install waste treatment technology on the land and protect streams and wetlands from construction. But the rules only apply to projects with 500,000 to 1 million kilowatt-hours of electricity generated and are only going into effect on the first week of February. If companies don't comply, the commission wants the state to fine them $5,000 per megawatt-hour and impose a statewide moratorium on new wind energy projects. The energy industry cheered the move as a success, saying that the state should help build a climate-resilient future, even if that meant lowering the prices of solar and other renewable energy. "As California gets ready to put carbon dioxide out of the air and curb carbon pollution, the people of California should be proud of this decision," said Brad Anderson, Sierra Club deputy director. "It is time for California to set standards for clean, efficient new energy. A moratorium on new wind energy should be a start, but even more important, it should force companies to spend the billions necessary to ensure our kids and future generations have safe and clean electricity at home and in the classroom."
